Frank & Ann – Sydney
Kirralee / Fleetwing II / Heaven
Frank and Ann are a husband and wife team that began their business journey in 2015 with the purchase of Kirralee the catamaran. Since then they have added Fleetwing II and Heaven to their fleet and are an award winning Sydney harbour cruise company with one of the best reputations in the industry.
Today Frank captains the boats and Ann organises the bookings. Frank brings exceptional customer service and his friendly and outgoing personality to the cruises, whilst Ann brings her organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
We’ve been working with Frank and Ann since they started their business and they’re one of our favourite suppliers.
Katie & Rob – Sydney
Sea Monkey / Cheeky Monkey / Monkey Business
This family-owned and operated business from Sydney’s North Shore is run by Katie and Rob, who have spent many years on and around boats—especially Rob, the Captain. You’ll likely meet him at the helm when you step aboard their catamaran, Sea Monkey, where he’ll greet you, get you settled, and ensure your day on stunning Sydney Harbour is unforgettable.
Katie manages all bookings, serving as our day-to-day contact in the office, and she does a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly.
Since purchasing Sea Monkey in 2020, Katie and Rob have gone on to acquire, renovate, and rebrand two additional vessels—Cheeky Monkey and Monkey Business. All three vessels feature distinctive tropical-themed interiors, making them true standouts on the water.
Luke – Sydney
Luke is a young and passionate boat owner who has been making waves on Sydney Harbour since purchasing Kraken in 2019. With an infectious energy and a genuine love for entertaining, Luke has turned Kraken into a crowd-favourite party boat, attracting guests who want to let loose and enjoy the ultimate on-water celebration.
Operated by a fun-loving, youthful crew, Kraken is all about delivering a carefree, high-energy atmosphere from the moment you step aboard. Designed by party people, for party people, this vibrant vessel combines pumping tunes, plenty of space to dance, and a lively social vibe. Under Luke’s ownership, Kraken has built a reputation as the go-to floating party.
Luke chooses to partner exclusively with us, granting us sole access to his boat. This special arrangement means our clients enjoy a unique opportunity to experience his vessel that can’t be booked elsewhere.
Dej – Sydney
Dej as we affectionally call him, is a young and ambitious boat owner who has quickly made a name for himself as one of Sydney Harbour’s rising stars in the charter industry. In 2024, he purchased the well-worn party boat Kondor and transformed it into one of the most luxurious party vessels on the harbour, earning a stellar reputation for his impeccable service and attention to detail.
His success didn’t stop there. In 2025, Dej acquired the stunning Passion catamaran from our friend Ben, who has since relocated to Vanuatu to start a charter business there. With two beautiful vessels in his fleet and plans for more, Dej’s future in the industry looks incredibly bright. Given his past success playing professional soccer it’s no surprise he has accomplished so much in this industry.
Given his achievements in such a short time, we think it might be about time he considers retiring from his corporate job – and focus entirely on his thriving life on the water.
Glen – Sydney
Perfect Day / Blue Sky / Ocean Life
After two decades of owning cafés and managing award-winning ‘hatted’ restaurants in Australia, Glen turned his lifelong love of boating into the acquisition of the highly regarded catamaran Perfect Day in 2019 (previously owned by Brian and Blodwen who now own the luxury Spellbound catamaran). Since then, Glen acquired two additional vessels in 2025, renovating and rebranding them as Blue Sky (formerly Lulu) and Ocean Life (formerly Zeus). As a solo operator, he has built a thriving business, earning our support for consistently delivering exceptional service and maintaining high-quality boats.
Juliet – Sydney
Woorabinda / Seascape / Champagne Sailing / Athena / Ali B
Juliet is a devoted mother who enjoys a wonderful family life on Sydney’s North Shore, all while running one of the most impressive charter operations on the harbour. Managing five popular boats keeps her schedule packed, but her passion for the business and her guests never wavers. Known for her energy, professionalism, and warm personality, Juliet has built a loyal following and a thriving fleet—with no plans to slow down anytime soon. Whether it’s a lively party cruise or an elegant private charter, she’s committed to delivering unforgettable experiences on Sydney Harbour.
Brian – Sydney
We started working with Brian when he and his lovely wife Blodwen owned the catamarans Perfect Day (now owned by Glen) and Touche (now owned by Katie and Rob and rebranded as Sea Monkey). Brian is a highly experienced skipper with over 40 years at sea and more than 70,000 nautical miles under his belt on charter vessels, racing yachts, and superyachts.
With over 15 years navigating Sydney Harbour, Brian uses his extensive knowledge to enhance every client’s experience, ensuring both enjoyment and safety remain top priorities.
An ocean enthusiast, ironman, part-time pirate, and born storyteller, Brian is committed to making your time on Sydney Harbour truly unforgettable—leaving you, quite literally, Spellbound.
Lily – Sydney
Lily was born and raised in Vanuatu, growing up surrounded by boats and the sea, with a natural spirit of adventure. At 21, her wanderlust took her abroad, and by 24 she had purchased her first sailboat in Los Angeles. After a full refit, she skippered it all the way back to Brisbane, Australia.
In 2015, she purchased One Ocean to turn her love for adventure into a livelihood, inviting others to share in her deep connection with the ocean. A devoted mother of two young children, she balances life on the water with the joys and challenges of family life.
Lily is also a committed environmental advocate. Onboard, she uses only reusable partyware, biodegradable soaps and cleaners, Who Gives a Crap toilet paper, and ensures all beverage containers are recycled. In addition, 2% of all profits go directly to ocean clean-up initiatives—so every cruise with Lily helps protect the waters you sail.
Nick & Rach – Melbourne
Purple Party Boat / White Party Boat
Nick and Rach are the dynamic husband-and-wife duo behind two of our favourite party boats in Melbourne. Nick began his maritime career as a skipper for Melbourne River Cruises before launching his own charter business with the purchase of the Purple Party Boat. His passion and dedication quickly grew the business, and he later added the White Party Boat to his fleet. Nick is one of our favourite people in the country—known for his laid-back charm, great sense of humour, and love of high-octane thrills. When he’s not on the water, you might find him behind the wheel of his pride and joy, a Lamborghini.
Rach is the organisational force behind the scenes, managing the administration and keeping the business running smoothly while raising their five children. In 2026, the pair embrace a new adventure, purchasing a luxury motorhome to explore Tasmania for a year, while their trusted crew continue running charters back home in Docklands. Together, Nick and Rach have built a business that perfectly blends fun, professionalism, and unforgettable party experiences on the water.
Michael – Gold Coast
Michael is our trusted go-to supplier on the Gold Coast, bringing a wealth of marine industry experience to every charter. His career began as Watersports Manager at both Brampton and Dunk Island Resorts, before moving to Hayman Island Resort as MED 1 / Master V. In 2017, he relocated to the Gold Coast, and by October 2020, he became an owner-operator with Serrano, a 20-passenger catamaran. Due to high demand, he expanded in September 2021, purchasing Nevaeh—a 30-passenger catamaran—from our friends Frank and Ann in Sydney.
Over the years, Michael has refined both his maritime expertise and his customer service skills. “My aim is to provide a safe, fun, and memorable charter every time I sail. I’m passionate and dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience.” With seven years of captaining on the Gold Coast waterways, he knows all the best local spots to explore.
Michael’s son often works alongside him as deckhand, and together they form one of our A-Teams—consistently delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client leaves with a smile.
Aiden & Charmaine – Gold Coast
Owners of Inspiration, Captain Aiden and Charmaine, have poured their hearts into creating a business that’s personal, genuine, and deeply rooted in Gold Coast hospitality. Their approach is all about making guests feel at home on the water while delivering an exceptional, memorable cruising experience. Working alongside Aiden’s mother, Karien—who founded the business in 2002 and continues to run the office—they combine years of experience with an authentic, family-driven passion for what they do.
When you step aboard Inspiration, you’re not just booking a boat; you’re joining a family-run team that is truly invested in your enjoyment from the moment you arrive until the moment you disembark. They love seeing guests relax, celebrate, and share laughter on the water, and they take pride in crafting a warm, personalised service that feels uniquely yours every time.

Jason – Head Office
Jason founded Easy Boat Hire in 2020 during the Covid lockdowns, spotting an opportunity to help people eager to celebrate outdoors once restrictions were lifted.
Today, after years of hard work and attention to detail behind the scenes to make things easy for clients, Easy Boat Hire thrives around Australia, with a head office based in Potts Point, Sydney. Jason is supported by a small team of friendly and talented people who work closely with clients every day to bring their events to life. Their role requires huge effort to facilitate seamless experiences.
In addition to Easy Boat Hire, Jason is the director of Get Loose, a party planning and events management business that has organised thousands of celebrations at both land-based venues and party boats nationwide since 2013.
A passionate marketer with 25 years experience in the events industry, Jason believes that above all, working with the right people is what makes the magic happen and has honed an eye for spotting quality suppliers.
