Boat Hire Fees

Weekdays (Monday–Thursday, excluding December):

  • September to April: $400 per hour
  • May to August: $425 per hour

Weekdays (Monday–Thursday, December only):

  • Flat rate: $475 per hour

Fridays & Sundays (excluding December):

  • September to April: $475 per hour
  • May to August: $425 per hour

Fridays & Sundays (December only):

  • Flat rate: $525 per hour

Saturdays:

  • September to April: $525 per hour
  • May to August: $475 per hour

Public Holidays & Major Events
(Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Sat–Mon, ANZAC Day, Labour Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day):

  • 20% surcharge applies to Saturday rates (all fees)

Easter Sunday & Christmas Day:

  • Flat rate: $750 per hour

New Year’s Eve:

  • Price on request

Charter Details:

  • Minimum charter duration: 3 hours
  • Preferred time slots (3-hour charters): 12–3pm, 3:30–6:30pm, 7–10pm
  • Preferred time slots (4-hour charters): 12–4pm, 1–5pm, 5–9pm, 6–10pm
  • Times may differ subject to availability on your requested date
  • Bucks Parties are limited to a maximum of 3 hours, a maximum of 29 passengers, and the latest start time allowed is 1.00pm

Any Other Fees

  • Wharf & Travel Surcharge: $120 per charter ($60 per wharf)
  • BYO Fee: $180 per charter
    Includes ice, crockery, cutlery, cups, serving equipment, BBQ use and cleaning, BBQ utensils, fridge access, and garbage disposal. The crew will cook the BBQ when the vessel is stationary.
  • Extra Staffing Fee: $250 per charter (required for 18th–21st birthdays and bucks parties, covers up to 4 hours; $74 per hour thereafter)
  • Pre-Access Surcharge: $275 per charter
    (For decorations and setup only; does not apply to inspections or catering drop-offs)
  • Floating Water Mat: $120 per charter (available on daytime charters only)
  • Stand-Up Paddleboards: $120 per charter (available on daytime charters only)

Note: An additional hour will be charged for travel to locations west of Gladesville Bridge, or to Manly and Balmoral.

Payment

Deposit: $800

Balance: 10 days before event

Bond: $500

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
