Boat Hire Fees

Charter Rates

  • October to March (excluding December): $825 per hour
  • April to September: $725 per hour
  • December (Sunday to Thursday): $825 per hour
  • December (Friday & Saturday): $925 per hour
  • Easter Sunday: $975 per hour
  • Christmas Day: $1,325 per hour
  • New Year’s Eve: Price available on request

Public Holidays & Major Events
A 20% surcharge applies to Saturday rates for all charters held on public holidays or major events, including:
Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, Labour Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and harbour/festival events.

Charter Details

  • Minimum charter duration: 3 hours
  • Preferred 3-hour time slots:
    • 12:00pm–3:00pm
    • 3:30pm–6:30pm
    • 7:00pm–10:00pm
  • Preferred 4-hour time slots:
    • 12:00pm–4:00pm
    • 1:00pm–5:00pm
    • 5:00pm–9:00pm
    • 6:00pm–10:00pm
  • Charter times may vary depending on date and availability.

Bucks Party Policy

  • Maximum duration: 3 hours
  • Maximum guests: 30
  • Latest allowed start time: 1:00pm

Any Other Fees

Wharf & Travel Surcharge

  • $120 per charter ($60 per wharf)
  • An extra hour is charged for locations west of Gladesville Bridge, Manly, and Balmoral

BYO Food Surcharge (includes crockery, cutlery, cups, serving equipment, BBQ usage/cleaning, utensils, fridge access & waste disposal)

BBQ will be cooked by crew when stationary.

  • 1–25 guests: $220 per charter (up to 4 hours)
  • 26–46 guests: $270 per charter (up to 4 hours)
  • 47–60 guests: $300 per charter (up to 4 hours)
  • Extra time: $50 per additional hour
  • Note: No BYO food allowed on Fridays & Saturdays in December

BYO Beverage Surcharge (includes ice, cups, RSA staff, fridge access & waste disposal)

All drinks must be served by crew from behind the bar.

  • 1–25 guests: $220 per charter (up to 4 hours)
  • 26–46 guests: $270 per charter (up to 4 hours)
  • 47+ guests: Not permitted
  • Extra time: $50 per additional hour
  • Restrictions:
    • No BYO beverages on Fridays & Saturdays in December
    • No BYO beverages for Bucks parties or events with 47+ guests

Staffing Fees

  • $300 per staff (up to 4 hours)
  • $75 per hour thereafter
  • Staffing Requirements:
    • 1–25 guests: No staff required
    • 26–46 guests: 1 staff
    • 47–60 guests: 2 staff
    • Additional staff required for 18th–21st birthdays and Bucks parties

Other Charges

  • Pre-Access for Setup/Decorations: $275 per charter
  • BYO DJ Fee: $250
  • Floating Water Mat: $120 per charter (daytime only)
  • Stand-Up Paddleboards: $120 per charter (daytime only)

Payment

Deposit: $1,200

Balance: 10 days before event

Bond: $500

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
