Boat Hire Fees

February – October:

  • $1,200 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

November – January:

  • $1,600 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

December:

  • $1,750 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

Public Holidays:

  • 20% surcharge on vessel hire
  • 100% surcharge on chef and waitstaff fees

Any Other Fees

Waitstaff

  • 1 waitstaff required per 10 guests
  • $300 per waitstaff (up to 4 hours)
  • $50 per additional hour per waitstaff

Chef

  • Included for food orders over $1,000 (up to 4 hours)
  • $70 per hour per chef beyond 4 hours

Formal Dining Surcharge

  • $500 surcharge applies for formal dining service

Public Wharf Fees

  • $50 per wharf

Payment

Deposit: $2,500

Balance: 14 days before event

Bond: $1,000

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
