Salt offers the finest Sydney Harbour cruise experience. You will be completely surrounded by class and opulence with immaculate service. She is a flawlessly maintained, Italian designed motor cruiser, providing 84' of sheer elegance and luxury. The ship is licensed to accommodate 49 guests plus crew within Sydney Harbour and 12 passengers plus crew out at sea.

Feel the sun warm your skin and the breeze in your hair as you relax on the spacious bow. The outdoor saloon deck can be completely enclosed, ensuring a comfortable dining experience in all weather conditions without hindering the astonishing harbour views. Relax in air conditioned comfort in the main saloon on hot days. A large plasma TV is also available for guests to use during charters for business presentations, DVDs or live sport viewing. The dining table in the main saloon seats 10 passengers and is perfect for intimate dining with friends or a business meeting. The spacious flybridge area features an elegant and comfortable leather lounge with an outdoor dining area to socialise and soak up the sun. For overnight or extended charters, Salt provides luxurious staterooms featuring multi-zoned stereo systems, TV’s, and classy ensuites for added privacy.

Boat Hire Fees

November–March: $1,450 per hour (min 4 hours)

April–October: $1,250 per hour (min 4 hours)

Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and Australia Day: $1,900 per hour (minimum 4 hours). A 50% surcharge applies to waitstaff fees and all food and beverages orders on these dates.

New Year’s Eve: $45,000 BYO charter or $53,500 with Food & Beverages. 6:00pm-1:00am (7hrs). Rate based on 40 guests (additional guests up to 49 @ $600 per person BYO or $900 per person all-inclusive)

Other Public Holidays: A surcharge of 20% applies for all other public holidays not listed above

Any Other Fees

Wharf Fees: 

  • $50 per wharf
  • Manly and Middle Harbour pick-up or drop-off incurs a $200 surcharge per wharf
  • Watsons Bay pick-up or drop-off incurs a $50 surcharge per wharf


  • 1-15 guests: 1 waitstaff required
  • 16-30 guests: 2 waitstaff required
  • 31-40 guests: 3 waitstaff required
  • 41-49 guests: 4 waitstaff required
  • $300 per waitstaff for 4 hours (additional hours at $50 per hour)

BYO Food:

  • $10 per person ($250 minimum charge), includes use of cooking facilities and equipment.

BYO Beverages:

  • $20 per person (includes ice and glassware and cool storage).
  • Please note: BYO charters are by application only in December.

Aquatic Toys:

  • Stand-up Paddle Boards: $50 each
  • Floating Island: $100
