Boat Description

Pearl is a superbly equipped 38-foot Sailing Catamaran. This deluxe model features an enormous entertaining and living space. It has a fully equipped galley (kitchen) and a generous onboard BBQ, making food preparation quick and easy. As a catamaran with two hulls, Pearl is really stable and completely safe for your guests to enjoy.

Boat Hire Fees

May-August:

  • $400 per hour (min 4 hours)

September-April:

  • Sunday-Thursday $500 per hour (min 4 hours), excluding December @ $550 per hour everyday
  • Friday & Saturday: $550 per hour (min 4 hours)

New Years Eve:

  • $15,000 (5.00pm to 1.00am)

Special Events (Boxing Day, Australia Day, etc):

  • 20% surcharge applies
Any Other Fees

Wharf Fees: $100 ($50 per wharf)

Watsons Bay Wharf: Additional $100 surcharge

BYO Fee: $150 (includes rubbish removal, biodegradable plates, cups, cutlery and napkins and use of all platters, bbq gear, onboard eskys, and use of a good quality sound system)

Pre-load food & drink fees: $100 (Middle Harbour Yacht Club)

Ice: $10 per bag

Aqua Lily Pad (6m x 1.8m): Free of charge

Damage Fees:

  • Cigarette Burns: $150 per burn
  • Toilet Blockage: $250

All platters serve 10-12 people. Items are subject to change according to the availability and season.

CURED MEATS PLATTER: $160

  • Prosciutto, salami, cacciatore, Mortadella, smoked ham, roast turkey, (variety of cured meats will depend on availability), house marinated olives, cornichons, served with a selection of breads & grissini

VEGETARIAN PLATTER: $150

  • Grilled courgette, eggplant and capsicum, house marinated olives, marinated artichokes, sliced Swiss cheese, cornichons, served with a selection of breads & grissini

SEAFOOD PLATTER: $230

  • Smoked salmon, local farmed oysters, cooked crystal bay prawns with herb aioli, served with a selection of breads

SUSHI PLATTER: $150

  • Selection of maki (mix of salmon and avocado, vegetarian, chicken schnitzel mayo)

MIXED PLATTER: $190

  • A mix of cured meat and vegetarian antipasto: Prosciutto, smoked ham, Salami, Mortadella, roast turkey, grilled courgette, eggplant and capsicum, house marinated olives, marinated artichokes, sliced Swiss cheese, cornichons served with a selection of breads & grissini

CHEESE PLATTER: $130

  • Variety of French, Italian and Australian cheese, served with dried and fresh fruit & a selection of fresh breads (cheese variety will depend on market availability)

FRUIT PLATTER: $130

  • Variety of fresh fruits (fruits will depend on season and market availability): Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, rock melon, watermelon, kiwi fruits, grapes

SWEET PLATTER: $150

  • A selection of delicious house made desserts: Chocolate brownies, Passion fruit coulis on a top of vanilla Panacotta, almond and pear tart
