Ariston offers a premium and unique space for events, including weddings, parties or private luxury charters. Based on the Greek word meaning “the best”, the vessel definitely lives up to its name. With the finest catering, a curated selection of Australian and international wines, as well as dedicated professional crew and wait staff, Ariston offers an unparalleled Sydney Harbour sailing experience.

Spanning three large levels, including indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, guests can socialise and explore freely while enjoying the views and beauty of Sydney Harbour. Up to 58 people can experience cocktail-style canapés over two levels with up to 30 guests enjoying seated meals.

A premium BOSE surround sound system is fitted on all decks, including iPod and karaoke features. Foxtel, free-to-air TV and DVD playback with modern LED digital TV monitors are perfect for casual viewing, business presentations or your surprise party feature.

Ariston's state-of-the-art conference room is integrated with a strong internet connection that provides internet access and seamless international conferencing. The conference room is also fitted with a 46" LED TV monitor with wifi laptop connection and round social seating for up to 14 people.

Elegant overnight accommodation is available by way of five chic twin cabins with ensuite bathrooms.

Boat Hire Fees

SUBSTANTIAL GRAZING STYLE FOOD PACKAGE

$35 per person (min 10 people)

Delivered fresh on the day of the charter in biodegradable presentation boxes ready to serve. Cocktail napkins included. Dietary requirements on request only.

  • Vietnamese rice paper rolls with chicken or tofu, served with nuoc cham dipping sauce. [GF, V, VEG]
  • Sushi and nori hand rolls including salmon, tuna, prawn, chicken and vegetables - served with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. [GF, V, VEG]
